{"id":75388,"date":"2021-07-29T07:28:13","date_gmt":"2021-07-29T12:28:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/estado29.mx\/?p=75388"},"modified":"2021-07-29T07:28:26","modified_gmt":"2021-07-29T12:28:26","slug":"asegura-pgje-a-pareja-que-agredio-a-oficiales-de-la-policia-de-investigacion-en-yauhquemehcan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/estado29.mx\/?p=75388","title":{"rendered":"Asegura PGJE a pareja que agredi\u00f3 a oficiales de la polic\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n en Yauhquemehcan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Los indiciados agredieron f\u00edsicamente a los oficiales e impidieron la detenci\u00f3n de sujetos armados.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) inici\u00f3 una Carpeta de Investigaci\u00f3n con detenido en contra de M\u00f3nica N., y Gabriel N., quienes fueron asegurados luego de que agredieron f\u00edsicamente a oficiales de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n en el municipio de Yauhquemehcan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n se concret\u00f3 la tarde del 27 de julio, cuando los oficiales realizaban patrullajes y labores de inteligencia sobre un robo a casa habitaci\u00f3n en la comunidad de San Jos\u00e9 Tetel, de la demarcaci\u00f3n referida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah\u00ed, observaron a un sujeto que portaba un arma de fuego, mismo que al notar la presencia de la autoridad, realiza disparos hacia los oficiales y sube a un veh\u00edculo marca Nissan, tipo Platina, color gris, para huir del lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la situaci\u00f3n de riesgo inminente, la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n repeli\u00f3 la agresi\u00f3n y comenz\u00f3 la persecuci\u00f3n de los indiciados, quienes ingresaron a un domicilio, del cual salieron varias personas que agredieron f\u00edsicamente a los investigadores e impidieron la detenci\u00f3n de los sujetos armados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, los investigadores lograron asegurar a dos personas que los agredieron f\u00edsicamente, mismos que responden a los nombres de M\u00f3nica N., y Gabriel N., quienes fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico por los delitos de lesiones calificadas y da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Los indiciados agredieron f\u00edsicamente a los oficiales e impidieron la detenci\u00f3n de sujetos armados.
