{"id":7693,"date":"2016-11-03T14:50:50","date_gmt":"2016-11-03T20:50:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/estado29.mx\/?p=7693"},"modified":"2016-11-03T14:47:30","modified_gmt":"2016-11-03T20:47:30","slug":"continua-conflicto-territorial-ejidos-ixtenco-huamantla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/estado29.mx\/?p=7693","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faa conflicto territorial entre ejidos de Ixtenco y Huamantla."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ejidatarios de San Luis Huamantla se niegan a aceptar fallo a favor de Ejido San Juan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vicente Castillo Benitez, presidente de Comisariado del Ejido San Luis Huamantla, en entrevista para Estado29, resalt\u00f3 que Sergio Pintor Castillo, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano en Tlaxcala(SEDATU) emitir\u00eda el fallo a favor del Ejido San Juan perteneciente al municipio de Ixtenco.<\/p>\n<p>Castillo Benitez agreg\u00f3 que el ejido San Luis no permitir\u00e1 que se lleve a cabo la ejecuci\u00f3n de ceder 1,464 hect\u00e1reas al Ejido San Juan, mismo que ocho a\u00f1os antes de que se otorgara el mismo numero de terrenos a Huamantla, recibi\u00f3 la propiedad y a favor del cu\u00e1l se dar\u00eda el fallo.<\/p>\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que no se ha llegado a un acuerdo, y por tanto, aun no hay soluci\u00f3n al conflicto que por m\u00e1s de ochenta a\u00f1os ha existido entre ambos ejidos.<\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar, dijo que son mil setecientos doce ejidatarios afectados y solicit\u00f3 a la SEDATU den una soluci\u00f3n a este enfrentamiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ejidatarios de San Luis Huamantla se niegan a aceptar fallo a favor de Ejido San Juan.
