Al respecto, el presidente de ese organismo, Seraf\u00edn R\u00edos Elorza, explic\u00f3 que se trata de Nativitas, Ixtacuixtla y Tepetitla de Lardiz\u00e1bal a los cuales se les estar\u00e1 dando acompa\u00f1amiento con las l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n aplicada, con la finalidad de dar atenci\u00f3n a las problem\u00e1ticas que les aqueja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El ordenamiento ecol\u00f3gico del territorio tiene como objetivo regular el uso del suelo y las actividades productivas para la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente, la preservaci\u00f3n y el aprovechamiento sustentable de los recursos naturales; por lo que R\u00edos Elorza insisti\u00f3 que las acciones de El Coltlax con los ayuntamientos est\u00e1n alienadas con el Plan Estatal de Desarrollo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
