*Pretendi\u00f3 robar una bolsa de mano a una mujer y fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico que judicializ\u00f3 la carpeta<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), a trav\u00e9s de Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n, cumpliment\u00f3 una orden judicial por reaprehensi\u00f3n contra un hombre por incumplir en sus obligaciones procesales y no acudir a firmar el libro de procesados los d\u00edas lunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo con el expediente, el ahora imputado pretendi\u00f3 robar la bolsa de mano a una mujer en la calle Prolongaci\u00f3n Ju\u00e1rez de la colonia Alfonso Espejel, municipio de Calpulalpan; sin embargo, la persona del sexo femenino se resisti\u00f3 al asalto y comenz\u00f3 a pedir ayuda, por lo que vecinos de la zona la auxiliaron, mientras los efectivos policiacos municipales arribaron al lugar de los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El hombre fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la PGJE, integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, la cual fue judicializada y se le dict\u00f3 como medida cautelar acudir a firmar peri\u00f3dicamente; sin embargo, al incumplir con esta instrucci\u00f3n del juez, \u00e9ste determin\u00f3 la reaprehensi\u00f3n del masculino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
