*Elementos estatales aprehendieron al sujeto en Yauhquemehcan<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), a trav\u00e9s de la polic\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n aprehendi\u00f3 a una persona del sexo masculino por el delito de homicidio agravado, suceso que ocurri\u00f3 en El Carmen Tequexquitla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Procuradur\u00eda, integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por el fallecimiento de un menor de dos a\u00f1os de edad, en el Hospital del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) Bienestar, de la comunidad referida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al integrar las indagatorias correspondientes por parte de los efectivos policiacos de esta dependencia, el Juez otorg\u00f3 el mandamiento judicial para que se ejecutara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por ello, elementos policiacos aprehendieron a Ren\u00e9 N, en el municipio de Yauhquemehcan y fue puesto ante la autoridad judicial para que lleve su proceso penal correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
