La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) informa que, de acuerdo con el dictamen del \u00e1rea del Servicios Periciales adscrita a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), la causa del fallecimiento de Beatriz N., fue por traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico secundario a ca\u00edda, esto con base en el resultado de la necropsia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En este procedimiento realizado por peritos de la PGJE estuvieron presentes un observador y m\u00e9dico, ambos de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos de Tlaxcala (CEDHT) y m\u00e9dicos legistas, adem\u00e1s, se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de expertos en criminal\u00edstica de campo y en audio y video, as\u00ed como personal de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n y un asesor jur\u00eddico de la Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, se han iniciado l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n sustentadas con rigor cient\u00edfico, bajo los est\u00e1ndares del debido proceso en estricto cumplimiento al art\u00edculo primero constitucional que obliga a toda autoridad a partir de la reforma del 2011 a garantizar el cumplimiento de los derechos humanos en el debido proceso penal como lo establece el art\u00edculo segundo del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales (CNPP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado contin\u00faa en el trabajo de integrar l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n apoyados en entrevistas, an\u00e1lisis de video, pruebas periciales, as\u00ed como solicitar informaci\u00f3n a diversas instituciones p\u00fablicas con el \u00fanico objetivo de obtener datos de prueba id\u00f3neos y pertinentes a fin de conocer la verdad jur\u00eddica respecto al fallecimiento de Beatriz N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
