*Agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n ejecutaron la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n el pasado 10 de enero<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), a trav\u00e9s del agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del fuero com\u00fan, obtuvo que un juez de Control vinculara a proceso a tres personas del sexo masculino por el delito de secuestro agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al realizar las indagatorias correspondientes, el representante del fuero com\u00fan, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n y Servicios Periciales de la PGJE, recab\u00f3 los datos de prueba necesarios para que el juez de la Causa otorgara la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, a la cual se le dio cumplimiento el pasado 10 de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Posteriormente, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Procuradur\u00eda integr\u00f3 y judicializ\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n con los elementos probatorios suficientes aportados por las \u00e1reas de Investigaci\u00f3n y Periciales, para que el juez los vinculara a proceso por el delito referido y determinar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, donde continuar\u00e1n con su procedimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con estas acciones, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado refrenda su compromiso de agotar todas las l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n para hacer cumplir la ley contra quien o quienes atenten contra la integridad de la ciudadan\u00eda tlaxcalteca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
