La Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Personas Desaparecidas y No Localizadas (Fepdnl) adscrita a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n derivado de la localizaci\u00f3n de un cuerpo calcinado en el municipio de Nat\u00edvitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elementos policiacos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica de la localidad referida, al realizar un recorrido de seguridad y vigilancia, se percataron del cad\u00e1ver de una persona calcinada, por lo que solicitaron el apoyo del Servicio de Emergencias 911.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante este hecho, personal del Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense (Semefo), as\u00ed como agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n y Servicios Periciales de la Procuradur\u00eda, se trasladaron al lugar para realizar el levantamiento del cuerpo y la necropsia de ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despu\u00e9s de ejecutar las pruebas correspondientes por el \u00e1rea de Servicios Periciales de la PGJE, se determin\u00f3 que la causa de muerte fue por asfixia mec\u00e1nica por estrangulamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado agotar\u00e1 todas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n para el esclarecimiento de este suceso y hacer cumplir la ley contra quien o quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
