{"id":84534,"date":"2023-02-02T13:19:43","date_gmt":"2023-02-02T13:19:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/estado29.mx\/?p=84534"},"modified":"2023-02-02T13:19:44","modified_gmt":"2023-02-02T13:19:44","slug":"comision-de-puntos-constitucionales-emite-dictamen-para-reformar-la-ley-de-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/estado29.mx\/?p=84534","title":{"rendered":"<strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales emite dictamen para reformar la Ley de Salud<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;Se aprob\u00f3 en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria la iniciativa de la diputada Alejandra Ram\u00edrez Ortiz, sobre el tema de c\u00e1ncer de mama.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos de la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, que preside el diputado Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, aprob\u00f3 el dictamen correspondiente a la iniciativa que se promueve un programa de vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gico para combatir el c\u00e1ncer de mama.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria las y los legisladores integrantes de esta comisi\u00f3n discutieron y analizaron la urgencia de que sea aprobada por el Pleno, puesto que representa el camino jur\u00eddico que podr\u00eda salvar vidas, de personas enfermas de c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recalcar que dicha iniciativa fue presentada ante el Pleno del Poder Legislativo por la diputada Laura Alejandra Ram\u00edrez Ortiz y cuyo objetivo principal es la creaci\u00f3n del Programa de Vigilancia Epidemiol\u00f3gica y de Resultados Finales, que garantice el acceso a atenci\u00f3n multidisciplinaria e integral para atender casos de c\u00e1ncer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, la iniciativa prioriza la atenci\u00f3n especializada, la prevenci\u00f3n y control de esta enfermedad, reduciendo los \u00edndices de mortalidad de mujeres&nbsp;por este mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, demuestra as\u00ed su compromiso para atender de manera urgente las iniciativas turnadas por la mesa directiva, as\u00ed como para desahogar las iniciativas que prioricen el bienestar de las y los tlaxcaltecas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;Se aprob\u00f3 en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria la iniciativa de la diputada Alejandra Ram\u00edrez Ortiz, sobre el tema de c\u00e1ncer de mama.
