Derivado del trabajo realizado por el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del fuero com\u00fan de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), un Juez de Control vincul\u00f3 a proceso a una persona del sexo masculino por el delito de privaci\u00f3n de la libertad personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El 7 de abril de 2023, elementos policiacos de la Comisar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica municipal de Amaxac al realizar un recorrido de seguridad y vigilancia, observaron que el ahora imputado intentaba encender su veh\u00edculo, por lo que, al acercarse para ayudarlo, la v\u00edctima comenz\u00f3 a pedir ayuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras auxiliar a la mujer, refiri\u00f3 que comenz\u00f3 a discutir con su pareja, quien posteriormente la golpe\u00f3 y la amarr\u00f3 de los pies, llev\u00e1ndosela contra su voluntad. Por ello, el hombre fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico integr\u00f3 y judicializ\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y el Juez consider\u00f3 que hab\u00eda datos probatorios suficientes para vincularlo a proceso por el delito referido y continuar en la siguiente etapa de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
