Elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), cumplimentaron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de un masculino por el delito de da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al ejecutar las indagatorias correspondientes, el ahora imputado result\u00f3 probable responsable del delito se\u00f1alado, que aconteci\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2020, en el municipio de Totolac, en agravio de una mujer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la PGJE integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y el imputado fue citado para la audiencia intermedia, sin embargo, no compareci\u00f3 a la misma y no justific\u00f3 su inasistencia, por ello se le declar\u00f3 sustra\u00eddo de la acci\u00f3n de la justicia y el Juez de la Causa orden\u00f3 su aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
