la legisladora Maribel Le\u00f3n Cruz y el legislador Lenin Calva P\u00e9rez como vocales, present\u00f3 ante el pleno de esta Soberan\u00eda el informe correspondiente a los medios de prueba para determinar o no la procedencia de juicio pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En total cumplimento a lo establecido en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo, el Reglamento Interior del Congreso del Estado y la Ley de Responsabilidades de los Servidores P\u00fablicos para el Estado de Tlaxcala, esta comisi\u00f3n especial inform\u00f3 la sustanciaci\u00f3n de dicho expediente parlamentario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez cumplido el objetivo de dicha comisi\u00f3n, se declar\u00f3 su extinci\u00f3n y se turn\u00f3 el expediente parlamentario a la Comisi\u00f3n Instructora de Juicio Pol\u00edtico, Declaraci\u00f3n de Procedencia, Desafuero y Responsabilidad de Mun\u00edcipes, para su estudio y an\u00e1lisis correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se turn\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Instructora de Juicio Pol\u00edtico, Declaraci\u00f3n de Procedencia, Desafuero y Responsabilidad de Mun\u00edcipes, para su estudio y an\u00e1lisis correspondiente.\u00a0 Este martes, la Comisi\u00f3n Especial encargada de recabar y aportar pruebas dentro del expediente parlamentario n\u00famero LXIV-SSPJP013\/2023, integrada por el legislador Fabricio Mena Rodr\u00edguez en calidad de presidente;
