Un Juez de Control cont\u00f3 con los elementos probatorios suficientes aportados por el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del fuero com\u00fan adscrito a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) para vincular a proceso a un masculino por el delito de violaci\u00f3n, en agravio de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los hechos asentados en el expediente refieren que, el ahora imputado -abuelo de la menor- abus\u00f3 sexualmente de ella y la amenaz\u00f3 con hacerle da\u00f1o a sus pap\u00e1s si contaba lo ocurrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del fuero com\u00fan integr\u00f3 y judicializ\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n con los datos de prueba necesarios para que el Juez de la Causa determinara vincularlo a proceso por el delito referido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
