Elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n adscritos a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) ejecutaron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de un masculino por el delito de incumplimiento de la obligaci\u00f3n alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del fuero com\u00fan de la PGJE integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n con los datos probatorios necesarios para que el Juez de Control librara el mandamiento judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras ejecutar labores de b\u00fasqueda, el ahora imputado fue localizado en el municipio de Totolac, donde se identificaron como Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda y le hicieron saber los derechos que le asisten como persona detenida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
