Zamora R\u00edo puntualiz\u00f3 que la (CANIRAC), est\u00e1 siempre dispuesta en apoyar las iniciativas de chefs, restauranteros y cocineras tradicionales locales, para dar promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n a la gastronom\u00eda de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Asimismo, refiri\u00f3 que tras la reciente presentaci\u00f3n de La Ruta del Ma\u00edz que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo del 11 al 13 de julio pr\u00f3ximo, continuar\u00e1n dando impulso a las diversas actividades para dar a conocer la gastronom\u00eda de Tlaxcala, no s\u00f3lo en la regi\u00f3n, sino a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n
