La Presidenta Constitucional de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, Claudia Sheinbaum firm\u00f3 la iniciativa para reformar la Ley Federal de Trabajo, con lo que se propone brindar derechos a nivel nacional a 658 mil trabajadores y trabajadoras de plataformas digitales, como es el caso de la seguridad social a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS). \u2019El objetivo es regular y permitir que las y los trabajadores tengan derechos amparados por la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Algunos trabajar\u00e1n dos horas al d\u00eda, se reconoce eso, no necesitan trabajar tiempo completo, algunos otros trabajaran ocho horas al d\u00eda, algunos trabajan hasta m\u00e1s, todo eso tiene que ser regulado \u00bfpara qu\u00e9? para beneficio de las y los trabajadores\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2018\u2019El objetivo de esta ley es que tengan derechos, que tengan derecho al reparto de utilidades, que tengan derecho a ser atendidos en el seguro social si tienen un accidente, que tengan derecho a seguridad social si trabajan tiempo completo, estamos mejorando las condiciones de vida de las y los trabajadores repartidores en M\u00e9xico\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asever\u00f3 que este tipo de regulaciones son una innovaci\u00f3n, pues son pocos los pa\u00edses que garantizan todos los derechos para quienes trabajan en alg\u00fan tipo de servicio por aplicaci\u00f3n.\u2018\u2019Es algo muy importante, casi en ning\u00fan pa\u00eds existe esto, pero es algo obligatorio y es parte de lo que nosotros concebimos en la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n no puede haber un esquema de trabajo que est\u00e9 fuera de la ley\u2019\u2019, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
