El n\u00famero que le asignaron al plantel originalmente fue CECyT. 231 la direcci\u00f3n del local donde iniciaron las actividades fue en la calle Ra\u00fal Ponce Ortiz s\/n barrio san Jos\u00e9, la fecha en que se inici\u00f3 el primer ciclo escolar fue 03 de septiembre de 1974, gestionando la solicitud la Lic. Beatriz Paredes Rangel, y Don Ra\u00fal Romero Rivera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por ello alumnos del Cbtis #61 de Huamantla este d\u00eda, realizaron un desfile conmemorativo al 50 aniversario de la fundaci\u00f3n de esta instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El evento que se desarroll\u00f3 por las principales calles del municipio, participaron alumnos de distintos grados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
