{"id":9471,"date":"2016-12-13T14:35:49","date_gmt":"2016-12-13T20:35:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/estado29.mx\/?p=9471"},"modified":"2016-12-13T14:42:55","modified_gmt":"2016-12-13T20:42:55","slug":"sin-resolverse-conflicto-ejidos-san-luis-san-juan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/estado29.mx\/?p=9471","title":{"rendered":"Sin resolverse conflicto entre ejidos San Luis y San Juan."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El presidente municipal de Ixtenco refiri\u00f3 que hasta el momento no se ha emitido la ejecutor\u00eda de restituci\u00f3n de tierras.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Renato Sanchez Rojas, presidente municipal de Ixtenco, en entrevista para Estado29, resalt\u00f3 que se tenia estimado emitir la ejecutor\u00eda de restituci\u00f3n de tierras en noviembre pasado &#8220;determinaron que el d\u00eda 21 de noviembre se iba a hacer la ejecutor\u00eda de la restituci\u00f3n de tierras, sin embargo no se llev\u00f3 a cabo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que con la intervenci\u00f3n de Secretario de Gobierno y de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU) se firm\u00f3 un acuerdo en el que se pospuso por un mes m\u00e1s el dictamen oficial.<\/p>\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que el ordenamiento judicial existente debe cumplirse y que se estima que la ejecutoria se lleve a cabo a m\u00e1s tardar el pr\u00f3ximo 21 de diciembre, de acuerdo al convenio existente.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, dijo que &#8220;la ley no puede ser negociada, los que tenemos una visi\u00f3n republicana de las cosas, sabemos que la ley se tiene que cumplir a fuerza, aunque eso, de manera moment\u00e1nea, se vea bien ante la ciudadan\u00eda&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente municipal de Ixtenco refiri\u00f3 que hasta el momento no se ha emitido la ejecutor\u00eda de restituci\u00f3n de tierras.
