En M\u00e9xico la mediaci\u00f3n y la justicia restaurativa deben hacerse realidad a trav\u00e9s de programas acad\u00e9micos en las Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior, afirm\u00f3 la Doctora Patricia Lucila Gonz\u00e1lez Rodr\u00edguez durante la conferencia \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\u0301\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc32 \ud835\udc09\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc06\ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28, con la cual iniciaron las \ud835\udc09\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc32 \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc33 de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Tlaxcala (UATx) por iniciativa de la Secretar\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica y Posgrado y los centros de investigaci\u00f3n de esta Casa de Estudios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con las Jornadas se busca impulsar, desde la UATx, acciones de reflexi\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n que contribuyan a disminuir la violencia estructural y a consolidar una aut\u00e9ntica cultura de paz, en beneficio de la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n la especialista explic\u00f3 que el cambio cultural implica la construcci\u00f3n gradual de nuevos m\u00e9todos de trabajo orientados a insertar la \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc33, adem\u00e1s de la necesidad de implementar de manera oportuna los mecanismos alternos de soluci\u00f3n de controversias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al dar la bienvenida a la ponente y al p\u00fablico reunido en el \u201cAuditorio de Intercambio y Movilidad\u201d, la Doctora Margarita Mart\u00ednez G\u00f3mez, Secretaria de Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica y Posgrado, asent\u00f3 que las universidades son espacios de referencia que contribuyen en los procesos de transformaci\u00f3n social al concientizar y sensibilizar sobre la importancia que tiene la cultura de paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, remarc\u00f3 que la Aut\u00f3noma de Tlaxcala involucra a todos los actores para construir una sociedad libre de violencia, en donde todos los integrantes de esta comunidad desarrollen habilidades y herramientas que permitan generar ambientes democr\u00e1ticos, solidarios y emp\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La conferencia fue moderada por el Doctor Omar V\u00e1zquez S\u00e1nchez, Coordinador del Centro de Investigaciones Jur\u00eddico-Pol\u00edticas (CIJUREP). La Doctora Gonz\u00e1lez Rodr\u00edguez es Investigadora del Instituto de Investigaciones Jur\u00eddicas de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico, coordinadora de la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n Sistema Penal Acusatorio en M\u00e9xico, es experta en temas de delito, violencia, derechos humanos, g\u00e9nero y proceso penal acusatorio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
